In year 2011 mobile broadband subscriptions are divided into subscriptions having a fixed monthly charge with no predetermined data transfer limitations and subscriptions having a monthly charge and limitations in data transfer use. Also the amount of mobile subscriptions charged on basis of the amount of transferred data without any monthly fees are reported (Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority).
