Major ICT actors in Finland

A strong telecommunications cluster, which has been built round Nokia and strong telecommunications companies, has developed in Finland over the years. Finnish-based Nokia is world leader in mobile communications. The mobile operators have been active in developing and launching new mobile communications applications. This has enhanced the development of a successful operating ground for small enterprises. The Finnish ICT sector encompasses about 3,000 enterprises.
